Job Purpose:
To oversee customer software implementation experience by managing front-line customer support and fostering a positive relationship with our clients. Provide support to customer implementation team during the clinical implementation process by identifying, researching, and resolving customer issues, typically via email and phone support. Prepare customer implementation team for installation and go-live through assessment, training, and system documentation. Track and monitor implementation progress to ensure a successful implementation.
Responsibilities:
· Develop a comprehensive understanding of physician practice software
· Assist in the implementation of Clinical Software including electronic medical record/ordering/provider workload management software at client sites
· Understand basic physician office workflow and operation
· Perform software training to customers and staff
· Participate in Clinical installations including assessment visit, dictionary training, applications training and live visits all on site
· Coordinate implementation projects with other applications specialists
· Other duties assigned by supervisor
· At least 50% travel required

Education/Experience:
· Two or four year degree
· Experience in or detailed knowledge of a physician medical practice helpful
· Previous medical records experience a plus
