Job Purpose:
To oversee customer software implementation experience by managing front-line customer support and fostering a positive relationship with our clients. Provide support to customer implementation team during the billing implementation process by identifying, researching, and resolving customer issues, typically via email and phone support. Prepare customer implementation team for installation and go-live through assessment, training, and system documentation. Track and monitor implementation progress to ensure a successful implementation.

Responsibilities:
· Develop a comprehensive understanding of physician practice software
· Assist in the implementation of Billing Software including Scheduling/Registration/Billing software at customer sites
· Understand basic physician office workflow and operation
· Perform software training to customers and staff
· Participate in Billing installations including assessment visit, dictionary training, applications training and live visits (majority at customer sites)
· Coordinate implementation projects with other applications specialists
· Serve as active resource for customers and coworkers
· Other duties assigned by supervisor
· At least 50% travel required

Education/Experience:
· Four year college degree
· Experience in or detailed knowledge of a physician medical practice helpful
· Previous medical records experience a plus
