Job Purpose:
To educate potential customers about the functionality and benefits of the combined LSS and MEDITECH solution. Assist Sales staff throughout the sales process as a technical resource.
Responsibilities:
· Develop a comprehensive understanding of medical record & billing software
· Develop a solid understanding of the healthcare industry
· Demonstrate medical record software to potential customers
· Educate staff on basic physician office workflow and operation
· Assist with competitive and industry analysis
· Complete RFPs/RFIs
· Attend conferences as needed
· Serve as a technical resource for the sales team
· Assist in the development of new marketing literature
· Other duties assigned by supervisor
· At least 50% travel required

Education/Experience:
· Four year college degree (preferably in a medical-related field)
· Experience in or detailed knowledge of a physician medical practice preferred
· Previous medical records experience a plus
