Job Purpose:
To manage the front-line customer support and foster a positive relationship with our customers. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues, typically via email and phone support. Thoroughly document progress toward issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
· Provide account management for existing customers
· Serve as active resource for customers and coworkers
· Identify, research, and resolve customer issues, typically via email and phone support
· Thoroughly document progress toward issue resolution
· Assist in the implementation of new software for existing customers
· Perform audits of customer systems
· Provide training for customers and staff
· Attend post-live visits at customer sites
· Other duties assigned by supervisor
· Limited travel may be required

Education/Experience:
· Four year college degree or commensurate experience in the health care industry
· Experience in the field of software support
· Experience in physician practice a plus but not required
