Zynx Health was founded by thought leaders in health services research and experts in the development of evidence-based clinical decision support. Started in 1996 as part of the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Division of Health Services Research, Zynx became a subsidiary of Hearst Corporation in 2004.
The Zynx team of physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals rigorously review the latest peer-reviewed literature to develop clinical summaries and distill evidence-based best practices. Zynx helps our clients make evidence actionable in the form of physician order sets, interdisciplinary plans of care, alerts, and reminders. Clinical teams utilize our online content management tools to collaborate and efficiently customize this information to adhere to local best practices, guidelines, and formularies.

Located in Rockville, Maryland with a satellite office in Mesa, Arizona, DrFirst was Founded in 2000 with the company's flagship product, Rcopia. Rcopia is the nation's leading full-featured stand-alone electronic prescription management system. DrFirst understands that healthcare is an interconnected environment between physician practices, IPAs, hospitals, health plans, pharmacies and others. DrFirst provides solutions that deliver unique benefits to each type of association while achieving benefits for healthcare as a whole. Instant Medical History accelerates the collection of subjective history. Patients progress quickly through adjustable questionnaires from an extensive medical knowledge base. When the patient finishes answering questions, the information is presented automatically for physicians to review. The Institute for Health Metrics
The Institute for Health Metrics is a privately funded not-for-profit organization focused on developing an electronic data analytics system to support:
- Quality and operational improvement in hospitals; and
- Research in public health and health care services;
As a central component of its mission, IHM works with a network of leading hospitals and researchers to organize and analyze health information as part of a variety of programs to support quality of care research, measurement and improvement. Through its analytical research, IHM supports the development of electronic systems and services that transform raw data into actionable insight.
Peter Cohen Associates (PCA)
PCA works closely with LSS customers to optimize their use of transcription services provided by Dragon Medical. From implementation through go-live, PCA helps customers transition from hand-written records to integrating speech recognition directly into LSS's Medical and Practice Management (MPM) Suite.
