Since the company's founding in 1982, LSS Data Systems has been MEDITECH's sole partner for physician practice management and ambulatory care solutions. LSS's experience in the field spans over two decades developing and supporting software written in MEDITECH technology. MEDITECH's investments in LSS in 2000 and 2002 reinforced our joint commitment to providing the physician community with effective, integrated clinical and financial solutions.

Together, LSS and MEDITECH have developed fully integrated Medical and Practice Management (MPM), which allows physician practices and hospitals to seamlessly and securely share clinical, demographic, and financial data. MPM includes integrated products developed by both MEDITECH and LSS, designed specifically for use by physicians, their office staff and other care providers in the ambulatory care arena.

Care data from all of these sources is aggregated into one global patient record, presented to you and your clinicians in an ambulatory-centric fashion.

Shared Data Our integrated product line provides clinicians with a patient's comprehensive medical information, along with online tools to perform critical patient safety functions such as drug-drug, drug-allergy interaction checking and sharing allergy information across the enterprise. From one centralized desktop, providers have access to easily enter and review clinical information such as medications, allergies, lab and radiology results, progress notes, and patient histories. The patient's clinical information is being tracked across the continuum of care, creating one enterprise-wide Electronic Health Record.
