Our staff continues to carefully monitor the disbursement of funds and will work with organizations to help them reach meaningful use to qualify for the incentive programs.

    The first step in reaching meaningful use is using a certified EHR technology. LSS is committed to certifying our products to meet the federal certification criteria and standards. We’ve been actively involved with Ambulatory EHR certification from the very beginning and we plan to continue that participation with the applicable federally recognized temporary and permanent certification program.

  2. Customer implementation and support
    Although meaningful use in and of itself can't be purchased, our products play a substantial role in supporting meaningful use requirements. We recognize the importance of proper implementation, use and support of our EHR technology. LSS is dedicated to providing high quality support to assist our customers in achieving their meaningful use goals.

  5. Customer outreach and advisory activities
    Just as LSS offers advice and counsel to customers, so do our customers serve as valuable resources to LSS and each other through our user community. Through the activities of the LSS User Group (LUG), the Ambulatory Products Advisory Council, the LSS Provider Development Forum, the LSS Administrative/Billing Forum, and the LSS Physician Advisors, our staff members engage in a vital dialog with executives, physicians and software users from our customer organizations.
