LSS Expands User Group Activities for 2009

For more than 15 years the LSS User Group (LUG) has offered everything from remote training sessions and workshops to web-based classes and national conferences. This year is no different, with LSS providing a range of user group activities for both new and long-standing customers:

LUG Seminars
LSS is developing two one-day seminars highlighting recent and planned product development for both billing and clinical applications, industry trends (especially related to the Federal Stimulus Plan and HITECH Act) and new customer implantation and service initiatives. The first seminar will be hosted at LSS's Minnetonka, MN facility on July 14. The second will be held at MEDITECH's Canton, MA facility on August 20. Both seminars are free for LSS customers and include breakfast and lunch. Advance registration is appreciated (see below).

LUG Web-Based Classes
Another cost-effective training option we're pleased to announce is the addition of more than a dozen new online courses to our web-based training schedule. New sessions cover a broad range of content, for both Client/Server and MAGIC platforms, newer and more advanced users, and billing/financial and clinical products. Regardless of your role in your organization, there's a web-based course that will expand your knowledge and understanding of our applications.

LUG Webinar: LSS and the Federal Stimulus Package (planned for Fall 2009)
Join senior LSS staff as they discuss how we're helping our customers take advantage of the opportunities presented by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). We will review the legislation and discuss how we can help organizations prepare to best capitalize on the opportunities presented by this historic legislation. Additional details about this webinar will be announced soon.
