MEDITECH & LSS Engage with Customers at Ambulatory Products Advisory Council

On Thursday, November 19 LSS Data Systems and MEDITECH hosted the 2nd annual Ambulatory Products Advisory Council meeting at LSS's Minnetonka, MN facility. Executives from healthcare organizations from across the country convened to discuss trends in the ambulatory care arena, and how they are impacting their own health care systems. LSS and MEDITECH executives facilitated the full-day meeting, which covered such topics as "meaningful use" from the ARRA, data analysis and reporting, patient and family engagement, and the patient-centered medical home model, among many others.

One day prior to the council meeting, LSS and MEDITECH held an Implementation and Service Summit. This bi-annual meeting provides the opportunity to discuss the status of key customer service programs and initiatives, and to renew the shared commitment to continual process improvement for the implementation and support of customers.

LSS continues to foster customer engagement through our many outreach programs, which include the Ambulatory Products Advisory Council, LSS User Group, Provider Development Forum, Administrative Forum, web-based Feedback Portals and more.
