Ambulatory Patient Record

The Ambulatory Patient Record (APR) is an on-line patient clinical record designed from a provider's perspective. From one logically-designed and easy-to-use screen, health care providers can quickly view a detailed profile of the patient, including his or her current medical problems and pertinent medical information. Full details of visits and their associated data are also accessible from the main screen. In addition, APR facilitates patient management for on-call and covering providers, allowing access to patients' ambulatory records across the continuum of care and enabling users to quickly familiarize themselves with patients not regularly under their care.

Unified Clinical and Billing Functionality
